Picturesque walking paths begin right outside the door – perfect for unwinding and relaxing. The Main cycle path is just 2 km away. The studio itself is pleasantly quiet, so you can always feel at ease. Our children love to play in the garden – now and then you may hear their cheerful laughter. They’re simply part of the atmosphere and contribute to the home’s warm, lively character. Our house has been freshly renovated and fully refurbished – inside you’ll find a modern and cozy space that’s ready for you to enjoy. The façade and outdoor area are still being completed, but any construction work that could cause noise during your stay will be avoided. Conditions/extras A deposit of 25% will be charged after booking. The remaining balance is to be paid by bank transfer no later than the day of arrival. Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge. Cancellations between 14 and 7 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total cost. Cancellations within the 7 days prior to arrival will be charged 100% of the total cost. Description of the accommodation Welcome to our stylishly furnished 30 m² studio apartment – your perfect retreat with a private entrance, views of greenery, and true village charm. The bright apartment features a comfortable double bed with a single mattress, a cozy sofa bed for up to two additional guests (available on request), and a fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and everything you need for cooking. A modern TV and a small desk with power outlets provide space for working or simply enjoying a coffee. The bathroom with shower and heated towel rail ensures a relaxed start to the day. On the terrace with seating, you can enjoy the fresh air, and a washer-dryer is available free of charge. Everything is easily accessible on one level (just one step) – making it ideal for every guest. Conditions/extras Check-in is available from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Alternative arrival and departure times can be arranged upon request – please contact us in advance to make arrangements. Key handover takes place either personally on-site or via a key box. You will receive the code in good time before your arrival. A baby cot can be provided free of charge upon request. Pets are not allowed.
